Ceremonial Matcha

Usucha (Thin) Single-origin Uji matcha, whisked thin in a chawan. The pure expression.
Koicha (Thick) A concentrated, velvety bowl for the devoted. Limited daily.

Matcha Lattes & Iced

Matcha Latte Stone-milled matcha with silky steamed milk, hot or iced.
Pink Coconut Matcha Signature — matcha, coconut and a blush of berry.
Matcha & Yuzu Soda Bright, sparkling, citrus-forward and refreshing.
Iced Matcha Clean and cold over ice, milk optional.

Roasted & Brewed

Hojicha Latte Roasted green tea, warm, nutty and low in caffeine.
Genmaicha Green tea with toasted rice — comforting and savoury.
